Eudora Pro - Mail

	SMTP Auth and SSL
	Expedient email may also be configured for SMTP Authentication and SSL encryption for outgoing email. Please note that SMTP Auth and SSL are optional and are not required to use Expedient email. For further information and setup instructions, see the links below. NOTE: Please configure SMTP Auth or SSL after first configuring your email program for your Expedient email. Open Eudora Pro. Go to the Tools menu and select Options.

Choose the Getting Started Category on the left side.

• In the Real name field, enter your name as you would like it to appear when you send email.
• Enter your email address into the Return address field.
• Enter your mail.expedient.net into the Mail Server (Incoming) and SMTP Server (Outgoing) fields. Click here for the list of Expedient mail servers.
• Enter your email username or Expedient email address in the format of username@expedient.net into the Login Name field.

Click OK to save your changes and return to Eudora Pro.
