There are two methods of uninstalling Gearbox. Because MyStargate creates extra content after installation, some harmless files may be left after a Quick uninstall. The Quick Uninstall removes all files created when MyStargate was installed. The Full Uninstall removes all files created when MyStargate was installed, and it also removes all files created by the MyStargate program after installation. To perform a Quick Uninstall, choose one of the two following methods:

1. Click the Start button.
2. Go to Programs > Stargate Connection Kit.
3. Click the uninstall icon.
4. After the uninstall has finished, you must restart your computer.

1. Open the Control Panel.
2. Double click Add/Remove Programs.
3. Highlight the Stargate Connection Kit, and click the add/remove button.
4. After the uninstall has finished, you must restart your computer.
