Problem: You get a message saying “Access denied because username and/or password is invalid on the domain.”

Solution: You should enter your Stargate username in all lowercase letters in the format, username@stargate.net. If your computer's caps-lock key is turned on, you may be typing in all uppercase letters without knowing it. Turn your caps-lock key off and try re-running the account setup program.

Passwords are case sensitive. Make sure you enter your password in lowercase letters.
