Problem: You get a message saying “Unable to locate the server. The server does not have a DNS entry.”

Solution: Either the site does not exist or your connection to Stargate is faulty. Try accessing another website. If you still get the error message, try emptying the browser cache.

How to empty the cache in Internet Explorer:

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Click Tools and select Internet Options.
  3. On the General tab, press the “Delete Files...” button. Note: Please be patient; the process of deleting the temporary internet files may take a few minutes.
How to empty the cache in Netscape:
  1. Open Netscape.
  2. Click Edit and select Preferences.
  3. Click the triangle to the left of Advanced so that it points down.
  4. Select Cache in the Advanced list.
  5. Click the Clear Memory Cache button.
  6. Click the Clear Disk Cache button.
  7. Click the OK button.
