If your connection or configuration problems cannot be resolved by running Diagnostics on your system, you should seek help from a technical support professional at Stargate. Open the Support Agent from the Taskbar Icon or the Dashboard Tools menu and refer to the first page on Obtaining Tech Support. Here you can find ways to receive technical support from Stargate.

 

Please have the Support Agent available when you call to assist your Stargate tech support representative in diagnosing and resolving any problems more quickly.
