The Support Agent is your starting point for seeking help with Internet connectivity problems. The Support Agent contains four pages that can be accessed by clicking the following tabs: Technical Support Information, Internet Settings, Events Log, and Diagnostic Tools.
You can access the Support Agent in two ways: by clicking on Support Agent on the Stargate Taskbar Icon or clicking on the Support Agent option under the Tools menu on the Dashboard Toolbar.
Each tab or page in the Support Agent provides the following:

Technical Support Information
|
Contains content from your service provider that will help you solve Internet connection problems.

Diagnostic Tools
|
Contains icons to launch other tools and utilities Stargate has provided. Note: Editing any of the properties or tools on this page may affect your ability to successfully connect to the Internet or perform other web-related tasks.

Internet Settings
|
Provides information about your Internet settings. Stargate may request information from this page during a technical support incident.
|
Events Log
|
Provides a log of connection, diagnostic, and update events. Stargate may request information from this page during a technical support incident.
