The MyStargate Diagnostics are tools that detect and fix configuration and connection errors on your computer. Diagnostics are performed every time your machine reboots and when you open the Dashboard. However you will not be notified unless a problem is found. By checking your system settings against the Internet settings assigned by Stargate, the Diagnostics can locate errors and inform you of any discrepancies. Once an error is found, you can either reconfigure your current settings to match Stargate's recommended settings or simply ignore the discrepancy.
