The software client used in Expedient's managed VPN service is subject to U.S. and local country export, import, and use laws. The country and class of end-user eligible to receive and use encryption software solutions are limited. As a result of this limitation, Expedient requires all VPN client users to complete this form and accept the terms and conditions as set forth below in order to establish eligibility to software.

Expedient records all downloads of encryption software for legal purposes.

Table of Denial Orders (U.S. Department of Commerce)

Specially Designated Nationals List (U.S. Department of Treasury, Office of Foreign Assets Controls)

 I am not a government agency or entity.

 I will not use, export, transfer, or re-export this VPN Client software outside the United States. I agree that the products listed above may not be used, transferred, exported, or re-exported to Taliban Controlled Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, Montenegro, North Korea, Serbia, Sudan and Syria.

 I will not to resell, transfer, or re-export the products listed above to, or for government end-users other than those of, or in: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States without prior authorization from Cisco Systems, Inc. and/or the U.S. Government.

 I will not supply encryption network services (e. g., running a virtual private network) based using the products listed above to, or for government end-users other than those of, or in: Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States without prior authorization from Cisco Systems, Inc. and/or the U.S. Government.

 I agree to abide by all export, import, use and development and/or re-export laws in the country in which I reside. I understand that Cisco Systems or Expedient Industries is not responsible for the recipient's failure to abide by any such laws.

 I will not knowingly transfer (physically or electronically) encryption images to denied persons, sanctioned entities, territories, or uses without written authorization from Cisco Systems Inc. and/or the governments of the U.S., United Kingdom, and The Netherlands.

 I agree to notify the current and subsequent consignees and end-users of these conditions.
